不知道大家有没有这种情况

以前一直没注意，突然发现龟冠周围有好多小点点，这是什么东西，可以去掉吗？

冠状尖锐湿疣吧，楼主还是去医院看看吧，早期都是可以治疗的，记得去三甲医院别去男科医院。

突起的话是尖锐湿疣!是红点的话可能只是龟头炎,用碘伏消毒,涂上消炎的软膏就可以了.尖锐湿疣,最好去医院看看.最近是不是玩了不干净的骚妞阿?注意戴套,近期不要做爱,

一般健康人没有的，考虑尖锐湿疣吧，尽快去正规医院检查。
