我34了，也结婚了，有时候还是自己撸比较舒服，老婆之前缺少了点激情，不过说实话，撸管对身体真的没好处，我现在都能感觉到流失的不止是精液，还有部分的记忆，虽然第二天觉得神清气爽，但是实际上很多以前不会忘记的事一下子会想不起来，譬如不常见的人，居然怎么都反应不过来叫什么名字。
反正我觉得，射精对于上了年龄的男人的伤害是很大的，爽一下可能要好久才能缓过来，包括身体的技能，皮肤的弹性，骨头的硬度，身体的免疫力等等，还是尽量提高性爱质量，减少性爱次数比较好。
