年纪大了这种情况很正常，一般中年男人的通病，腹式肥胖和缺乏运动，去医院检查一般都会发现睾酮不够。药物可以吃他达拉非，见效很快。但吃药只是治标不治本，想治本还得减肥和增加运动，最好的运动方式是跑步，跑一个月基本就可以见效，等你体重降下来了，就会发现什么都正常了。
