我经常吃六味地黄丸，金匮补肾丸就没有听过啦。一般人无论男女，都是肾阴虚。所以只有中年以上才能说是可以吃补肾阳的药，不然要小心身体哟。另外六味地黄丸青年一下也要少吃，推荐韭菜鸡蛋。
