朋友，你好！按照你所说的我认为你应该多看书，少看一些跟性内容有关的影视与书籍。多锻炼身体，看看书，旅旅游什么的，将身心投入到其他方面，渐渐的会改善的。另外手淫不能过度，一个星期最多两次就行，其实手淫没什么，任何一个正常的男人都会手淫，只是心态要放好，不要认为手淫就有罪恶感，其实手淫对男人的伤害最大的是心理伤害，本身对身体没有伤害的。希望对你有帮助，祝你幸福！
